 New Data Manager Onboarding

CIBMTR Data Operations offers new data manager onboarding twice a year. In-person each February at the Tandem Meetings of ASTCT & CIBMTR and each August virtually. 

New Data Manager Onboarding is for individuals with 6 months or less experience (hire date January 1, 2022 - July 1, 2022) at their center.  The classes include interactive training in our FormsNet3 training environment and CIBMTR Portal along with topics that are pertinent to new data managers to submit quality data.

Format

The classes will be led by CIBMTR Data Operations subject matter experts via Webex.

Registration

Registration is now CLOSED as we have reached our capacity.  

The cost of the class is $200.  Data managers must attend all sessions to participate as the classes build off each other. 

Registered participants will receive communication and/or Webex invites in July 2022. The communication and Webex invites will include directions, pre-work, and links to the electronic class materials. 

Registration Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • No refund will be issued for cancellations. A replacement attendee may be sent in place from the same center.

CIBMTR offers a Self-Guided Onboarding program that will provide you with relevant eLearnings, information about data submission requirements of CIBMTR and field knowledge, as well as suggested weekly timelines for completing all of your self-guided learning materials.
