We are pleased to announce that we went live with a new Center Support Model that enables CIBMTR Data Operations to deliver a more transparent, flexible, and service-oriented experience for Centers.
The platform, ServiceNow, replaced our previous processes and how Centers receive assistance and correspondence.
ServiceNow allows CIBMTR Data Operations to:
Beginning May 22, 2019, Centers will no longer have an assigned CRC to answer specific Data Operation questions. Any questions that would have been directed to your CRC, must be submitted via Center Support in the ServiceNow application.
