Advances in clinical practice, new legislation and changes in government regulations can all necessitate changes in reporting requirements and updates in forms used for data submission.
CIBMTR provides retired data manuals, forms and other archived documents for reference purposes and to assist centers in making changes to legacy data.
“Legacy data” are data submitted to CIBMTR or the National Marrow Donor Program® (NMDP) before the FormsNet™ 2 application became available on December 3, 2007.
