CIBMTR is pleased to offer the FormsNet™ 2 application training series in an audio-recorded format. These recorded sessions are intended for new transplant center administrators and data managers or those seeking a refresher.

Note: FormsNet has been updated since these sessions were recorded, so screen shots in these presentations vary from those currently used in FormsNet. However, basic principles and instructions still apply.
Recorded Sessions
- Core Application Training (19 minutes)
Teaches how to log into the application, basic navigation, terms and other basic functions of the application.
- Data Entry Training (21 minutes)
Reviews the workflow of entering and submitting a form, how to get a new unique patient ID, forms due and features of the data entry screens.
- Primary Contact Training (4 minutes)
Instructs the center primary contact on how to set up application users at the individual center. This training is important because each user account must be activated from within the application before the account can be used.
