AGNIS® (A Growable Network Information System) is an open-source messaging system specifically designed to communicate hematopoietic cell transplant data using a secure, standards-based system.

This current 2.2 release allows transplant centers to submit TED data to FormsNet 2 using the AGNIS 2 format for the first time. Forms supported for submission and retrieval are 2400, 2450, 2004, 2005, and 2900, including all revisions.
