The type of data collection forms submitted to CIBMTR is based on a center’s level of participation. Centers may participate as either a Transplant Essential Data (TED) only center, or a Comprehensive Report Form center.
CIBMTR reimburses transplant centers for all completed Comprehensive Report Forms. Reporting of TED-level data is not reimbursed, with the exception of the Form 2006 when requested for National Marrow Donor Program® (NMDP) recipients.
