As a CIBMTR member center, you can electronically submit data using FormsNet™ 2, a Web-based application that provides on-line, immediate data validation and simplifies data submission.
FormsNet 2 can be used alone or with AGNIS®, an application that provides a secure transmission of data electronically transmitted from your center’s own computerized database to the FormsNet database.
Through these two applications, an “enter once, use often” data management capability is achieved, greatly simplifying and reducing your data submission burden, including requirements for the Stem Cell Therapeutic Outcomes Database (SCTOD).
