As part of its “enter once, use often” strategy for data management, CIBMTR has developed a Web-based application that allows your center to retrieve data previously submitted to CIBMTR.
The Data Back to Center (DBtC) application provides a quick and easy way to retrieve data submitted to CIBMTR through FormsNet™ 2 since December 3, 2007, that have been processed and verified by CIBMTR.
Data from the following forms are currently available:
- Pre-Transplant Essential Data Pre-TED/Form 2400
- Post-Transplant Essential Data Post-TED/Form 2450
- Selective post-Transplant Essential Data Selective Post-TED/Form 2455
Future releases of the DBtC application will expand on the types of data made available to centers.
DBtC access:
The DBtC tool is accessible through the CIBMTR application portal at: portal.cibmtr.org.
For data privacy purposes, access to the CIBMTR portal and the DBtC tool is restricted to authorized personnel at your center. In addition to being password protected, all data transmissions are encrypted for security.
Authorized access can be requested through the home page of the portal. Authorized personnel for the portal and the DBtC application can include anyone in the CIBMTR Global Contact Management (GCM) system. The CIBMTR Primary Contact at a center can request changes to the GCM through the center Personnel Change Forms.
