How to Request Data
The extensive clinical data in the CIBMTR Observational Database is available upon request to anyone in the United States or worldwide.
Before requesting data, please visit the Reference Center to review existing publications, slide sets or Web resources that use CIBMTR data. You may also want to review the types of data available for research or request.
Request data based on the type of information you need:

Data submitted by your center
CIBMTR member centers can access data they have submitted to CIBMTR through the Web-based Data Back to Centers application.

Data for a research study
Investigators interested in data for observational research can propose a study or participate in one of many existing studies.

Data for a corporate analysis
CIBMTR Corporate Members can request data using the online Corporate Member Information Request Form.

Data for a one-time, custom analysis
Investigators, physicians, patients and others interested in hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) can request CIBMTR data using the Custom Information Request Form.- Requests can include descriptive statistics describing the population of interest and/or a univariate analysis of overall survival.
- Requests related to patient care and clinical decision-making are free of charge and receive highest priority.
- Most results can be provided within three weeks.
- If you intend to use requested data in a publication, please submit a Publication Permission Request Form.
